Is SPE an event planning company?

No, we just help clients to choose and hire the best vendors for their event. Think of us as a wedding concierge. We happily recommend and help clients to hire event planners if they should want one.

If I don't like the vendors you recommended, can I request other ones?

Absolutely! While we try our best to match you with reputable vendors who suit your event needs, we understand that sometimes it might take a second or third try to find the perfect fit. We are happy to recommend alternative options until you are ready to move forward.

Do I get to meet the vendors before signing a contract?

Yes, we would be happy to schedule a phone or in-person vendor consultation for you.

How much does it cost to use your service?

It is completely FREE! We know that narrowing down your vendor options can be stressful, so we simply want to help, no strings attached!

How can you make money without charging?

After building relationships with vendors for over 10 years, we have the support and trust of vendors who pay us each time we help connect them with the right client.  They do NOT increase their cost to you.  You can think of us like an "agent" for the vendors.  There is no benefit for us to recommend 1 vendor over another.  Our goal is always to make the best match!
